5.1 Why do we need to go to the Town Hall?
The Town Hall is where you will get legally married.

5.2 What needs to be done as preparation?
You need to make sure you have gathered all the required documents prior to your arrival.

If you are translating your legal documents with us you need to send them over to us at least one and a half months prior to your arrival.

If you are having your documents translated with another company, you need to have them with you during your first meeting with your Wedding Coordinator.

5.3 What happens at the Town Hall?
Your Wedding Coordinator will advise you the exact date and time of the meeting at the Town Hall for the signing of your legal paperwork.

The signing usually takes place 1 – 2 days prior to your Ceremony at the Hotel.

You need to have 2 witnesses above the age of 18. The witnessees also need to have their passports/ID with them.

You will be required to make your own way to the Town Hall at your own expense. Your witnesses will need to be with you and you will sign paperwork in a very short procedure. Your Wedding Coordinator will be with you.

The Marriage Certificate will be ready to collect approximately 3 days after the signing. The Groom will be requested to sign in order to collect it from the Town Hall.

*We cannot collect your Marriage Certificate on your behalf.

Your Wedding Coordinator will meet the Groom and all the guests who will not be in the room with the Bride, approximately 1 hour before the Ceremony at the Lobby. If a photographer has been hired for the day, pictures of the Groom, Best men and all the men of the party will take place about 40mins before the ceremony and for about 15mins. Your Wedding Coordinator will come to the Bride’s room with the photographer (if one is hired) approximately 30mins prior to the ceremony for some pictures in the room & the Gardens. The Bride will be picked up from the room with a golf car about 5mins before the Ceremony.

If there is a gap between the end of your Ceremony & the beginning of your dinner, you may have some drinks at the nearest bar.
